Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
